Hygiene concept for the conference Strengthening Democracy in the G7 and Africa

All individuals in the conference area during the days of the event are kindly obliged to confirm compliance with the following measures:

• Before entering the conference area, each person will perform an antigen self-test on each day of the event, 26 – 27 September 2022 and will only participate in the conference if the test result is negative.
• Each person participates only without symptoms associated with COVID-19 (in particular, a cough or fever)
• Each person complies with the basic obligation to wear FFP2 masks in the entire conference area. Exceptions are made for speakers and during meals, under the precondition of a minimum distance of 1.5m.
• If tested positive for an infection with SARS-CoV-2 within two weeks of the event, all individuals are obliged to notify the organizing team at contact@strengthening-democracy.org. All personal data will be processed in a confidential way.
